The Toshiba Satellite laptop computer is terribly slow.
My power button once broken I do not use very often. (I have 5 computers
home).
Technical support is terrible.
This will be my last Toshiba laptop in my life.

For me it's the right combination of power, portability and functionality. This laptop is perfectly positioned between a netbook (which cost half the lot) and an ultraportable (costing twice as much).
Seems very similar to a netbook, unless it is a Netbook. It makes no sense to compare DV2-1030us glorified to a computer with 1 GB of RAM and a 4 GB SSD. This laptop has 4 GB of RAM and a 320 GB hard drive, so it can be used for real work, not only to take notes, before transferring the data elsewhere.

I just bought this laptop from Amazon a week ago and love the computer! It works very well, very fast and responsive. It seems natural to type and operate the mouse, although I prefer a wireless mouse small. This is a great size and weight … the sound is very surprising, since the size of 14.1 inches. Computer ideal for students … Highly recommended! The LightScribe is impressive to impress your friends when they ask you a CD with music and memory that you do not fill in any time soon:) It has pre-downloaded programs, which may take some time to uninstall, but the computer was worth it believe me. Overall, a great buy for the price!
